Slacking.
I have been SUPER DUPER slacking lately. I cannot believe my last post was nearly a week ago! I have been SO BUSY with snapping (2 births last week!) and gah, just life. I still haven't finished (read: started!) Rosie's 4 year book and I REALLLLLLY need to get on that...and do Patrick's too!! Gosh I'm so behind on life in general! I am going to try and be better but golly, it's just so busy right now!
So yes, I'm a slacker.
But I figured I'd do a quickie little recap of what's been happening with us lately as we enter into another super busy week, Easter, lots and lots of photo shoots for me, then just a couple weeks till Patrick's birthday and party and before you know it, it'll be summer! Where oh where has the time gone?!?!
This ^^^ is one of the reasons I've been so MIA and busy...but golly, I LOVE my job SO MUCH! Here's a few collages (yep, still obsessed with these!) from my snappins this week...
So busy...but so wonderful too! Life is definitely good in the work department :)
Last week was gorgeous like every day, so Annie and I took advantage one day and hit up the Museum of Transportation with our buddies the Polans!
We had just the most gorgeous day and had an absolute BLAST with our friends! We definitely will have to do it again soooooon!
Annie also had a big milestone happen last week (cough cough her hair) but I'm gonna make an entirely separate post dedicated to that :)
So Rosie LOVES dance class...and every month there is a night where the parents can sit inside the room (instead of in the hall/waiting area) and watch! That week was this week and I just love the little pictures and videos I got of my sassy little FOUR year old! (Still in denial she's 4, by the way ;-)
Golly she loves dance SO MUCH! I cannot wait for her recital in a few months...will definitely bring my big camera for that one!! You should see her costume! I'll need to do a photoshoot with her before hand :)
We had a few nice nights outside too, and my new favorite thing is having Annie (or any kid!) push me on the swing!
Just the best thing EVER!
And clearly the kiddos loved playing outside in the warm weather too. It's actually been raining ALLLLLL day today and it's like 38 degrees out so I am hoping this weather heads out soon cause I WANT SPRING!
Gosh I love spring. The trees are blooming and the grass is green and GAH! I just love how it makes me feel. Spoiler: riding a bike with Rosie...still needs more practice. haha!
Annie and I got lots of errand running done this week and man, I just LOVE having her run errands with me! She is such a hoot -- and I love how she demands to bring Purple Bunny with us wherever we go too.
I LOVE our days together -- I am so going to miss them in the fall when she starts school!! Savoring them as much as I can now.
Speaking of Annie, since I get a lot of one-on-one time with this chickadee, I've got some gems I snapped of her the past week...
H-O-O-T I tell ya! Gosh I love you so much Annie girl!
Oh, and Rosie too...she can be such a hoot too! Check out this video from one of her NeeNee Wednesday adventures! Her laugh KILLS ME!
So darn funny!
So Patrick was down for the count Friday and Saturday -- he barfed at school (poor guy!) and was just feeling blah -- same tummy bug it seems Rosie had after her birthday! He got a special treat though and got to sleep on the Nugget on his bedroom floor so he could get to the bathroom quicker and he LOVED that. Knocking on wood as I type this, but he seems to be on the mend!!
Poor bubby. I hate when my kiddos are sick...hoping no one else gets this and we are nice and healthy smooth sailing into summer!
I'll end with a little video and picture of my techie kids...gosh I love them! Just like their mama! I'm so proud :)
