Teddy is Walking!

Gahhhhh, another first (last!) milestone has been reached...

TEDDY IS WALKING!!

OMG. I cannot tell you how excited I am for this to happen -- because turtle Teddy has really been taking his time...but a light switch flipped a little after 15 months and BAM!  He's a walking fool now!  

It took him a few days but he literally went from 100% crawling to 100% walking in less than a week.  Pretty freaking amazing, huh?!

Patrick walked right at a year, but the girls took their sweet time and both didn't walk until after 17 months.  Teddy decided to start at the perfect time for him: right in between when his big siblings did it!

He walks just like ET with his hands in the air and it's the cutest thing ever.  

Lately he's been wanting to walk holding something (usually a broom. haha!) and I don't think I'll ever get tired of capturing his little toodling all over the place while he masters this new skill.

He got to go with NeeNee this past week to get his very first pair of shoes (just like Patrick did nearly 7 years ago! (and the girls when they started walking too!!) same store!!) and he's clearly a huge fan.

Oh Ted, you little walking dreamboat!  Cannot wait to see all of the milestones you hit this year -- because I still cannot believe you're ONE let alone turning TWO this year! OMG where does the time go?!?!
